1. Preparation: Sit quietly for 5 minutes before taking a measurement. Ensure your arm is at heart level and remove any tight clothing.
2. Cuff Placement: Place the Easy Cuff on your upper arm, 2–3 cm above the elbow, ensuring a snug but comfortable fit.
3. Position Yourself: Rest your arm on a flat surface, with your palm facing upward and feet flat on the floor.
4. Start Measurement: Press the start button. Remain still and do not talk during the measurement.
5. Read and Store Data: Record your systolic and diastolic values, as well as your heart rate. If you have more than one user, select the appropriate profile before starting.
